Had a loaner Lancer EVO 9 for 5 days last week.
Did plenty of miles thru some of Oz mountain roads and it murders the
Sti for pure driving pleasure.


Evo is a great car, more feedback if a tad slower than the WRX. Only
problem is that they are a service disaster here. Mitsubishi is the
only Japanese maker competing with GM for bad quality control. My best
friend bought the EVO. I can't say much for legal reasons, but she is
suing via the lemon law here. Great concept though.
