Witness, co-defendant tell newspaper man wasn't guilty
I notice you post didn't say he was innocent.

I used to put great faith in our legal system in this country, but

not
anymore. There's been far too many abuses by the prosecution, the
police, the FBI, et cetera, for me to believe many of their claims.

My
feelings about our criminal justice system began changing when I
served on a grand jury several decades ago. It was an eye-opener.

It isn't a requirement for a defendant to prove himself innocent,

by
the way. The burden is on the state.

The liberals managed to bring the legal system to it's current state

of
affairs. Folks like you are to blame.
That's right. We liberals insisted upon civil liberties for all
defendant, not just rich white defendants. You know, silliness such

as
legal counsel for defendant, for integrated juries, for rules of
evidence to be imposed and enforced, for an end to lynchings. Yup,

our
kind pushed for these reforms. We're to blame.

Yes, you liberals want the courts to rewrite the Constitution so it

fits
your ideas of how it should read.

You have ruined America. It is time for folks with common sense to

take
our Country back.

Here's a news flash. The tide has started to turn against right-wing
political nutcases who are intent on destroying America. Bush can still

do
damage, of course, but the neocons are beginning to lose, and so will

the
right-wing, born-again, let's make America a Christian theocracy

idiots.

LOL. Tell me another joke Harry.

"narcissistic adults have had decades of not being in synch with the times
or with other people, so that by now they are really out of it. Sometimes
it
just seems like they have a highly selective memory -- which, of course,
they do, sort of; they pay attention only to what has their name in it in
the first place, so after 30 or 40 years"
