whether he never learned to be competent.

There are only 2 things that women can do that I can't, and I can
legally hire one of those services. The other I no longer require, as I
have no desire for more offspring.

That means that, to feel useful, they need to excel in providing a
skill or service that I actually need and want - and it isn't cooking
or balancing a cheque book.
