Nothing from the prop. What's the teltale?

I'm not an expert on this but it looks like a water tube has sprung a

Look in the red circle. Is that normal? When the boat's in the water, I
get quite a bit of spray from that spot, aimed forward at the transom.
Meanwhile, the drive unit grease looked perfect - almost the same color
as the new stuff.
