Default Boat crew seamanship manual - uscg

The entire seamanship and handling manual used by the United States
Coast Guard, available online or as a download. Covers everything from
captain and crew responsibilities, to maneuvering, to special
conditions including rescue by helicopter. If it's not in here, no one
has ever encountered it before.
