Probably. One of them has been rather forthcoming about his wealth and
holdings in this NG. The other hasn't.

But don't get Bubbles upset, his mom bought him this computer at the pawn
shop and he's trying to have fun with it.

So I take it you won't be surprised when we learn that he is actually 13
y.o.?
