Wow, that sounds just like Capt. Neal when I went to visit him in the Keys

That's typical. Those folks bought the wrong boat. They should
have admitted to themselves they are not sailors and bought a
trawler instead - like DSK did.
When are you going to by a trawler, Neal? Oh I forgot, you aren't going
anywhere.
As a general rule, I have noted, over the years, that as the sailboat
gets larger the use of it for sailing gets smaller. Many Americans
need to reconsider their idea of "the bigger the better" and opt for
a sailboat of a sensible size for their abilities.
So you are saying your 27' boat is too big or too small?
The same goes for their homes - Americans live in houses that
are becoming obscene with respect to square footage of floor
space. These displays of greed gobble up resources the likes of
which the world has never seen before.
Ahhh, I thought you liked my house. I guess you lied about that too...
