That's typical. Those folks bought the wrong boat. They should
have admitted to themselves they are not sailors and bought a
trawler instead - like DSK did.

As a general rule, I have noted, over the years, that as the sailboat
gets larger the use of it for sailing gets smaller. Many Americans
need to reconsider their idea of "the bigger the better" and opt for
a sailboat of a sensible size for their abilities.

The same goes for their homes - Americans live in houses that
are becoming obscene with respect to square footage of floor
space. These displays of greed gobble up resources the likes of
which the world has never seen before. Far better to live in a boat
or a single-wide (or double-wide like you do, Scotty), than a huge
house that discomforts the owner and hogs resources badly needed
by the burgeoning population of more sensible folks.
