Hello all,

last night I finally got the old Glasspar Avalon home. It's one my
family has had in Idaho since the late 50's. It's a little worn, but
floats and has a working motor.

My question is, is it easy to re-gell coat a boat?

You'd be better off looking into a polyurethane paint process. Done
properly, it looks quite similar to gelcoat. Re-gelcoating would be a
rather difficult and lengthy process.
