If you're getting enough pressure on the rudder that you can feel it on
the wheel, you are sailing; "with the brakes on"

When I say Neutral Helm, I'm talking about a 10 degree either way of TDC
on the master spoke. Really Nutsy, anymore than that and you're either
out of trim or out of the groove.

Some of you small boat sailors should be able to enlighten us 'naval
truck" drivers on this subject. Please do.
