BS! There is no such thing as absolutes in these situations.


1 When a doctor helps he has to make the case known to a multidiscipl.

2 When the doctor helps and doesn't make the case known he'll be
prosecuted. This is the same in your country I guess.
3 When the case is made known all aspects are checked. and of course
no 1 is "did the patient ask for help in writing". no 2: was there a
case of suffering without any hope for improvement of the condition.
Judges are doing a good job on defining these terms.

Your fear is not rational imo. You should be afraid for the opposite.
What do you prefer, a system like this where you can successfully ask
for help when YOU need it or a dogmatic NO in all cases where even the
saddest lungcancer patient has to suffocate in his own slime?
Excuse for becoming that explicit but that's how grewsome (sorry for
misspellings) life is at that very moment.

But is the fear for getting killed by the government not really an
excuse ? So you don't have to point out it's forbidden by the bible?
In that case you're totally free in making your own choice. But don't
interfere in me making mine...
