How you subtracted out the keel weight from the boat weight and
compared
that figure to other boats?

All true, Bob. And don't get me wrong...the boat has some bad points as
do most. I'm hoping she exceeds our expectations. Since we mainly plan
to do weekend trips and daysails, the boat should be more than we need.
