Hey, it's 660 acres of wilderness! A few hundred miles from New York City!
Near exit 140A on the New York Thruway!

Wow... a whole 660 acres??? Surrounded by encroaching development?? Yeah...
sounds pristine all right.

Did you know Canadians are the largest per capita consumers of BTU's in
the
world?

It's true!

Is that including those darned inuit and their kudluks?

In fact, they burn more BTU's per capita than the souls in hell. You're
already in hell!

Oh I was there all right... all summer! 16hr days, 7 days a week and a boat
in a cradle, on the hard.

To the lava lakes for you girly man!

The lava lakes would but offer a warm respite to the chill of winter
approaching.... got your fire wood in already?

How's the ultraviolet soapbox?

Seems an increase in epidermal pigmentation totally halts any adverse
reaction... I'm stuck with having a tan.

Given anyone a rash?

Other than Bill? :-)

Reminds me of the time I was scuba diving and saw 2 hooks catch each
other...... each fisherman thought they had hooked up big time......

2 Mericans talking about the "outdoors" & "wilderness" in the USA....
Bwahahahahahahahahaha

How choice!

Binary Bill... Steward of the Wilderness!! Bwahahahahaha!!!

A beautiful part of the country.

Do you have streams?

What is high altitude there? About 2500 feet?

Amen!

We've got streams, ponds, waterfalls, springs, you name it! I've been
gradually
buying up the side of a "hill" for a long time. There are a few old
homesteads
included that I carefully rent out at below market rates to those who
understand
what we are trying to do. They act as stewards as part of the deal. The
idea is
to preserve some deep forest habitat. There is not much of it left, and
it's
disappearing fast. Not all wildlife likes living on the edge of a
clearing, you
know. It's sort of near the famous floating bridge, but not right

there...
