for that I think we'd actually need hops. although I do seem to remember
staggering home on several occasions after drinking oat beer and barley
wine.
Barley wine is something I have yet to try. Weirdest wine so far is
Garlic Wine. Is primarily a cooking wine, but they serve it at the
Gilroy (California) Garlic Festival every year.
