Chuck, I wouldn't worry about it. Those of us who knew the "old"
Skipper are unlikely to put much stock in what the "new" Skipper has to
say either. I met a couple last week in the Chesapeake who are in the
process of taking a Skookum 53 down to Venezuela. Couldn't help but
think of old Skippy and his mal-de-mer bride setting off on a boat like
that. It's amazing what these 30 year old Skookums are going for:

I don't think Skipper ever owned a Bayliner 22' cruiser, either. Why the
hell would you want a boat like that if you lived in Derby, Kansas? Ever
been anywhere near there? It's skiff, bass fishing and pontoon boat
territory, for the most part.
