Doesn't have a thing to do with what I posted. Why don't you take the
time to read it before posting unrelated materials?

The people on that board were picked to offer insight from their
particular professional disciplines, not their theological or political
viewpoints.

Bush doesn't want people on the board who don't share his viewpoint,
effectively stifling discussion on the most significant moral dilemmas
of our time.

That's not representative of all Americans but just the ones who share
the same viewpoint of those running the country.

Another broken promise of Bush. Not a campaign promise mind you, a
promise made at his inauguration.

From your post:

"Last week, a Washington-based interest group released a report
detailing what it called many examples of the administration
distorting the scientific process to achieve desired policy answers
relating to pollution, embryo research and other topics." (Reference
to the Union of Concerned Scientists.)

From your post:

"Bush created the council by executive order in 2001 to "advise the
President on bioethical issues that may emerge as a consequence of
advances in biomedical science and technology." He recently renewed
its commission for another two years."

Bush hired them, and Bush fired them. Perhaps they were diddling each
other under the table. Perhaps he didn't like their advice. Whatever
the reason, why do you and the Washington Post make such a big deal
out of it?

I keep waiting for this headline, "Bush Wipes Ass with Left Hand."
This will be more 'proof' of his desire to polarize the country.
