Hey, you've made REAL progress! Emptying the house would be the toughest
part for us, but in my case it'd be complicated by the fact that this
has been my legal address for 53 years and Mom was a packrat that
collected some really interesting stuff.

Everything in its time. Lydia *has* to have better patience than you
describe, though. She *does* put up with you, obviously ;-)
