down to Westerly and Misquamicut State Beach just because I was bored.
Took some pictures. I apologize for the quality - I forgot to reset
the ISO back to 200 - I shot these at 1600 which was really dumb.
But a good time was had by all.
Here's a boid and some boidies.

This was the surf along Misquamicut State Beach - I was standing in
front of my truck and wasn't paying attention - the damn surf was
inbound quickly and I almost got stuck. Thank you Lord for four wheel
drive in big heavy pickups. :)

This is the North end of the Westerly Channel which runs inside the
Westerly Reef along Napatree Beach.

Some birds working the bait ball pushed inside the cove where the
North end of Napatree Beach meets the Westerly Light House causeway.

Unfortunately, I didn't take my surf rod with me - the fish were
busting the surface all over the place - nice range of stripers too -
20/25 pounders.
Hopefully the wind will stay up tonight and I'll head back tomorrow
with a surf rod and see what happens.
