You should add commercial fishing to your site.

A guy/gal working in the housekeeping department of a big cruise ship
for a summer is then qualified to go to work......... in a hotel.

Put a guy or gal on a fishboat for a summer, and they will learn a lot
of practical boating skills in a very quick hurry.
