report says is that there was apparently a collision. Doesn't say
anything about people running around in circles like a bunch of
anything - let alone "mindless bozos."
Only mechanical failure can keep the driver from falling into the mindless
bozo category. Some accidents are simply not allowed to happen. The opposite
indicates either intent or negligence.
