I am having trouble following your logic, it seems like you are agreeing
with Bill McKee, that secret and private are different items.
Since you agree with his premise that secret and private are different

But, if you meant PRIVATE, you are STILL wrong. Just because a meeting
is deemed "secret", doesn't mean that someone wouldn't have knowledge

Now, if the MEETING were "hidden" from "view", would have no bearing on
