Default Boat Advertisements - Examples

http://www.stargazer.bz/stargazer.html

This is an example of a well done web page that is selling a Morgan 38
built in 1979 and looks bristol condition. Decide for yourself.

One interesting feature is that it comes with...
"How many boats come with a ping pong table! Guaranteed to have fun
times. Net, paddles and balls included!!"
Scroll down the web page to see this.

88JPEG images

On this page there is no text just images 88 of them = about 1 meg
worth. What I like about this is that there are so many images and of
particular details although the composition of the images could have
been better. The condition of the boat is another issue and far from
bristol.

This is the link page to the next link, its nice that they provided
links with regard to the make of the vessel.

What I like about this page is the 55 images that open to larger
images. Though they could have used wider establishing shots in the
cabin and overall.

Maybe some of you can add some suggestions regarding the advertising a
sailboat.

And if you have any examples of such promotion, please provide the
URL.

Selling Your Boat
Get the most whether you trade or sell

How to Sell Your Sailboat
How do you make your beloved boat attractive to buyers and stand out
from the crowd? Unfortunately, the answer is hard work. Many sailboats
are neglected for years prior to the decision to sell. Don't force
buyers to look past the dirt and mildew to see your beautiful yacht.

Pricing to Sell
Make sure your boat is priced correctly before you put it on the

While this can often be an emotional undertaking, common sense and a
well thought-out and executed plan can minimize this awkward period
and result in a reasonably quick and profitable sale.

"From Gary Elder:
Many sellers have no clue about how much their boat is worth in
today's market.
Many sellers have no clue about how to price their boat relative to
it's real market value.
Many sellers have no clue about how to market their boat.
Many sellers have no clue how clean, a clean boat really is.
Many sellers have no clue about what "possible defects" to disclose to
a buyer.
Many sellers have no clue how expensive it can be to
"sell-it-themselves".
Many sellers have no clue how to find a really good broker."
