Yeah, like I said. I made it farther than almost all the other first
timers. Not that I made it as far as I wanted.

good of the organizers to provide foam slabs to sit on and equal propulsion
(identical kayak paddles). too bad the supply of duct tape was limited.
not much a person can't do with an unlimited supply of duct tape.


No foam pads to sit on. Life jackets and paddles only.

unlimited duct tape wouldhave been better IMHO...

looks like an interesting and entertaining event.


It was. Fun for all!!

They backed a trash truck up to the lanch / finish line. you had to
go out, around a bouy, and then back. Most boats never made it to the
bouy.
