You took stats classes, I'm sure, so you know how survey techniques can
skew results. Survey only stupid people, and you get a 100% approval
rating. Simple, yes?

I dunno about your schools, Doug...but in my schools, the smart people
were the ones who scored 100% on tests. The stupid ones are the ones who
scored zero.
