That's the most positive assessment since August 2."

surveys of Likely Voters. Typically, a survey of Likely Voters would
report a Job Approval rating 2-3 points higher than a survey of all
adults.
On Election Day, the President's Job Approval was at 52%."

Nice try. And I am sure you have convinced yourself. Tell us what all the
other polls are saying, and why the Rasmussen poll is not
included in the reputable poll surveys.
LOL. "Reputable poll surveys"? Rasmussen was *the* most accurate pollster
in the last 2 Presidential elections. Reputations are earned...and guys
like Zogby certainly *earned* his current negative reputation with his
erroneous early call on election day. And Zogby hasn't polled on Bush's
approval for over a month.
Unlike the other less accurate pollsters, Rasmussen polls every day. His
numbers are more than just a "snapshot" of a 2 or 3 day period like the
other guys use. Gallup/USA Today/CNN has 1 to 2 week gaps in its data.
