Skip, awaiting the arrival of the nav computer later today, on which all
this will happen!
Skip, I enjoy reading about your adventure and wish you the best of luck
for a full recovery.
Just my two cents. Right now you might be a little bored since you are
waitng / starting rehab and perhaps you should take a few days breather
from this WIFI business.
We both know you are certainly not obsessing over this (insert smiley) ,
but sometimes a few days off from a problem helps.
Today, now, begins my cleaning out this (substitute, while mine was off for
nav upgrade) computer for my Mother-in-Law, here from England to help out
with the move to the boat, and the final emptying of my house, under option
contract (they paid for the right to buy it later at a given price and
terms; if they don't the lose the option money).
As the computer is the only thing I can do with my arm as it is, I tend to
focus :{))
Me, obsess?? :{))
Thanks to all, including the barb-slingers. I've got tough skin :{)) - but,
better yet, have a publisher waiting for the story of how I solve this
challenge, as cruisers everywhere may (assuming satellite phones don't come
down to cell phone neighborhood in costs) well want to have this option
behind their already present SSB and perhaps even ham, with the attendant
phone-link availability for more-than-text communications...

Skip, off line for the day
