I'm not so sure, Harry. Who's to stop him? Surely, not our gutless
Congress. Still, I don't see it happening. Iraq is keeping our military
rather occupied, and I don't see that situation changing anytime soon.

Foreign policy isn't subject to Vox Populi. At least not in non-election
years.
