Callsigns haven't been required on CB for many years. They were
eliminated when the FCC Granted a Nationwide Blanket License for
CFR95 SubPart D Citzens Band Radio Service.

47CFR80-End which includes both Part 95
AND Part 97, which he is REQUIRED to have.....
