Slowly improving.

My wife says I'm getting better, and the cat no longer retreats to his
litter box during my practice sessions. My instructor says I'm
improving as well, but that comment usually immediately precedes the
moment when I write the check for my weekly lesson. :-)

After learning 2-3 more specific techniques, I'll graduate to playing
actual tunes on the chanter and eventually be able to justify buying
some Great Highland Pipes. When my name appears on the terrorist watch
list, you'll know I've graduated to the mega-decibel pipes and the
neighbors are expressing their opinions of my "music" to the
appropriate authorities.
