Harry,
Be honest, does Kevin's story about his Moto Guzzi 'Desmo' remind you of
your "Lobster Boat" story?

Kevin, tell us about your Moto Guzzi!

No one cares about Moto Guzzis or whether the person you are
questioning
had one, rode one, crashed one, or urinated in the fuel tank of
one.
It's not a brand of bike I would even consider, if I were
considering
buying a motorcycle. It's a has-been line.

Harry, it was your buddy doing the bragging about owning a Moto
Guzzi. Why now
are you trashing his taste in motorcycles?

First, idiot, I didn't BRAG about owning a Guzzi. Simply stated I
owned
one once. And it WAS a piece of crap.
Yeah, I hear the "Desmo" version left a lot to be desired. Be careful,
if it was
a real 'Desmo', then it was a Ducati. Harry thinks Duc's rule. Don't
be stepping
on his toes about your piece of crap Ducati!

Sorry, John, but you are apparently out of your league here, if you
don't think that Moto Guzzi made a Desmo, before Ducati. WAY out,
apparently.

If you know how to use a search engine, you can enter "moto guzzi" and
"desmo" and get hits that verify the existence of Moto Guzzis with desmo
valves. You'll even find photos of Moto Guzzi engines so equipped.

Oh, you perhaps found a Moto Guzzi engine that had been modified by some
individual. The fact that you find many sites with both Ducati and Moto
Guzzi
together does not mean that Guzzi ever produced a "Desmo". But, I'm
willing to
learn about this model. Please show me a 'Desmo' model Moto Guzzi.

I did not state that I found "many sites with both Ducati and Moto Guzzi
together," nor do I know if the photo I saw was a Guzzi engine "modified"
by "some individual." Indeed, I have no interest in the subject matter
beyond demonstrating once more that you have been done in by your
binary-ness, as it were.

Why else would Harry keep throwing shovels to Kevin?
