There ain't no such thing. You can have moderated groups which will
clip out images, but for general Usenet groups, you can post pictures
whenever you like.

You can post them all you like, sure. I (and I'm guessing Harry too) was
surprised because Individual.net doesn't carry binary groups and
therefore filters out all binary attachments.
