Pick up a copies of Northwest Yachting and Latitude 48 at your local
chandlery. Look in Classifieds for Instruction. You probably should take a
Power Squadrons course, or two, and that would also allow you to make some
contacts that might lead to free instruction or recommendations for good
instructors.
