Eide look like great tires (model Model 2200-10). I like the idea that
they are 10 inches in diameter vs. 16 inches of the Davis. They seem
wide enough (assuming they are 4 inches). While they may not have the
surface area of the Davis (their width and diameter or smaller), the
tires may do just the job on the low-tide beaches of the Puget Sound.
Plus they won't be as monsterous as the Davis 16x6.5 on a 10 foot
inflatable boat. Even though Davis has the 16x4, I don't like the
shape of the wheel. It is more oval shape, which would have less
initial surface area.
