A soldiers' union; I'll bring it up at the AFL-CIO meeting in two weeks in
Chicago. I get to go for a day or maybe two, and hope to return
unbloodied.

Union workers might be Democrats, but they're patriots first. When you're
up there, try and start bad-mouthing the "average soldier" (and how stupid
you think he is), and see how far you get. I doubt you'll return
"unbloodied".
