Hi guys. I'm pondering selling my boat and I'd appreciate some stabs at
its value from whoever cares to guess. :-)
The boat is a 1989 Seaswirl 210 walk-around cuddy, and I'm the original
owner.
. At any rate, any idea what I should ask for it?
No one can just take that information and offer a guess.
Go the NADA, BUC (they will also do a comprehensive individual valuation for
you, for a fee) and the go on line and see what your make/year boat is being
listed at. You will get a fairly broad range of values.
Now do some local research to see what your make/year or comparable boats
are being listed for in your area.
That should help you close the gap on what the right price might be.
This is a tough time to sell, even when listing through a broker. Believe
me, been there and bought the tee shirt.
