Uh, have you ever heard of a "Best" study that wasn't biased? I'm not
saying anything about Naples, it's just that when one uses the word "best"
it inherently shows bias, be it the "best" baseball player of all time,
or the "best" place to live.

Particularly when somebody tries to quantify the subjective.
