Not enough information.
What happened the last time the engine was running?
Did it run ok with full power?
When the starter motor runs does the engine turn?
Could be any of a number of things
If the engine turns, remove a spark plug, reconnect the plug lead, lay it
against the engine, operate the starter, can you see a spark?
