You spend more on repairing your boat in a year than I spend on fishing
gear in five.
If I spend $1000/year on repairs, for how many years can I repair my
boat and
spend less than the cost of a new Parker that spends its life on a
trailer?
Silly posit, Herring. Your boat spends most of its life on a rack at a
boatel.
If you are claiming you use your boat more than I use my Parker, that
may be true. I have other boats, and a canoe I like to paddle out on the
Shenandoah. Or at least half-interest in a canoe.
Also, the way we use our boats is different. You mostly hang around
Herring Bay and drag baits, and I like to get out and see and enjoy new
places, or visit old places I like. Many times, the only fishing rod
aboard is a five footer I keep stashed in the cabin for "emergencies."
You are the 'perfect person', Harry. No one denies that!

So now, besides the 25 foot fishing boat it is other *boats* and a canoe he
owns.. I thought the claim of the custom made 36 foot lobster boat was
enough, but he is claiming he owns more than that.
Amazing. With the amount of time he spends posting here you have to wonder
if he ever uses his personal fleet of boats.
