Not realistic at all unless you spend all of your time at idle speed.
My 15 hp Merc burns 1 gph at cruising speed and that's typical. A 70
hp O/B of any type will typically burn 5 to 7 gph at cruising speed,
more at wide open throttle.

When a seller makes wildly improbable claims like that, it casts some
serious doubt on his credibility with other issues.
