Nice boat! I really like the second station.

Just finished doing a bit of work on Yo Ho, took a few photos.
Last one shows the name artwork up close. Couple of people on a boat we
drifted by the other day started singing the song from Disney's Pirates
of the Carib, which, of course, is exactly where we stole the name.

Thanks. The second station is great while docking or when the water is
rough, because it is about where a center console would be,

Except that in a stiff cross-breeze from the starboard side, you'll get
soaked.

I'd take the bumpy dry cabin, over the soft, wet aft controls any day of
the week. Remember, I own Whalers. They're a bit bumpy...but the ride
is very dry.

and the aft portion of the boat leaves the water with less frequency than
the forward portion, as it were. It's also convenient when trolling rigs.

That's what I like it for. It's darn near impossible to fish from a a
pilothouse design when you're trolling lures by yourself.

Getting wet while out boating has never been something I worry about much.

You don't worry because you don't get wet? Or you don't mind getting wet?

I haven't been on a boat yet, that isn't a little wet when the winds and
seas are up.

I've been on 1000 ft. long cruise ships where the spray was hitting the
Promenade deck...and higher.
