For fiberglass what is the recommended primer and paint (cheap but good).

I haven't painted a boat since I helped my dad with his 35 years ago. All I
remember is that there IS no such thing as cheap boat paint. Maybe that's
changed since way back when. Someone else here can advise you on this.
