This past holiday season, I was "gifted" with a set of nice knives.
Packed in the box was a coupon for a magazine called "Cook's
Illustrated" that I had never encountered. So I sent away for a trial
subscription.
Damn, Harry, start something and not finish it...... Tell 'em where
to get a subscription! See:

Nice rag, indeed......
PS
Are you knee deep in snow, too? At least it is dry... leaf blower
does wonders!
No. We had a skiff of snow yesterday, maybe 1/16" of an inch that
covered the blacktop, but then it just got colder. We have a "chance" of
snow later today and then for tomorrow, snow and "ice pellets," with
accumulation to 6".
Ice pellets?
What the hell are ice pellets? Is that the new politically correct name
for...sleet?
