Go to Ft Lauderdale and take a ride down the Inter Coastal. Boats of
that size are dime a dozen, and 5000 sq ft doesn't even make a proper
guest cottage.

We visited my wife's bestest bud and I kid you not - we stayed in
their guest house which was practically a duplicate of the house we
live in. :)
