I have an old Peterborough canoe, built in the 1920s. I bought it from
somebody who bought it from the Royal Military College in Kingston,
Ontario. At the time I intended to restore it, because it's a real
classic canoe, and it had been sadly abused by having several layers of
badly applied fiberglas slathered all over it. I started work, but I
discovered that standing over a work bench was just as bad for my knees
as running, mountain biking and cross country skiing, so it's been sitting
there collecting dust for years since. As have I.

Now I'm moving house, and I need to get rid of it.

Is there any hope in hell that somebody will want this poor neglected
piece of history, or should I just break it up into bits and throw it
away.
