Wally, it's just not worth trying to pin Neal down on anything. He's a known
liar and a known thief by his *own* words. And, he has claimed to be a
netcop also by his own words. He's a sad case. He lives on his boat to which
he devotes an enormous amount of energy, probably because he has no other
life. He's quite pathetic really. The best thing you can do for him is to
ignore him, since every time someone responds to him, it fuels his
personality disorder.
