bridge of the Crystal Symphony, you will see a bulk carrier in front of her.

That ship is the Rubin Stella, apparently her oriental ships engineer likes to dump his waste oil

Even stranger he was caught due to deligence of the Canadian Air Force, I guess that was the one day of the year that they had the Cessna up
in the air?
