Depends on the size of the zip code. I am between Sunol and Alamo. House
up the street, just sold, 1.6mm and down the street 2 blocks went for 825k.
there are more and less expendsive.

I'm surprised that Medina, WA (home to Bill Gates) isn't higher than 98th
place. There are some seriously expansive mansions there, on seriously
expensive Lake Washington waterfront property no less.
