Absolutely, positively bring the outboard back to the dealer. You want to
have this problem registered as being a problem after only 20 hrs.
Hopefully they will be able to correct the problem, but if they say they
could not duplicate the problem, you still have a paper trail showing the
problem.
This will help if you need to get "warranty work" completely, after the
warranty period has expired.
While there, have them complete the 20 hr. check up.
