Well, first of all polyester is a laminating resin not an adhesive so that
idea should be killed off very quickly and permanently.

Epoxy is a possible choice but with only a 10mm flange you don't have a lot
of bonding surface and there is not a lot of room for backup fasteners.
There are several other approaches I might suggest but it would be best to
know what the moldings are made of. For example fiberglass would require a
completely different method than PVC or polyethylene.

There is a 10mm wide flange on each of the mouldings, and clamping them
together would be no problem. Have already had epoxy suggested, and also
polyester resin with colliodal silica to thicken it.

Many thanks for any advice, would be nice to hear what any GRP experts
