I agree. I just have to sort through all the OT messages. It is annoying.

I am sure there are news groups for these topics. I go to news groups for
photography, fly fishing, RVing and travel too.

Talking about politics or religion is really stupid on a boat newsgroup.

I think these off topic messages actually turn off some people that could
either learn or teach here?
